01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your computer or smartphone when you visit it. They make it possible to remember your choices and, only with your consent, to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, are treated in the same way.

This notice is provided pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) of June 10, 2021.

Statistics Only with your consent

The site currently does not use any statistical analysis tools (such as Google Analytics). If we enable them in the future, we will update this notice and they will be installed only with your consent.

Marketing Only with your consent

We use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) to measure the conversions of our campaigns and to show you ads based on your visits to the site (remarketing).

Names and durations are those stated by Google and may change: the up-to-date list is on the How Google uses cookies page.

The site uses Google Consent Mode: until you give your consent, Google Ads does not read or set advertising cookies, and ad data is redacted. Google may still receive cookieless technical signals (for example, that a page was visited), which are used only in aggregate form.

04Third-party content

  • Google Maps (Contact page): the map is loaded only if you click "Show the map" or if you have accepted marketing cookies. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies.
  • Google Fonts: the site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers. They do not set cookies, but Google receives your device's IP address in order to send the files.
  • WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn: these are simple links. No cookies are set until you open them; from that point on, the privacy notices of the respective platforms apply.

05How to give, change or withdraw consent

On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept all cookies, reject them or choose by category with "Customize". If you close the banner with the X, you continue browsing with necessary cookies only. Scrolling the page does not count as consent.

You can change your mind at any time using the button below or the "Review cookie consent" link at the bottom of every page.

06Managing cookies from your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings:

For Google advertising, you can also manage your preferences from Google Ad Settings. More information: how Google uses data from partner sites.

07Data transfers outside the EU

Some data collected through Google services may be transferred to the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection.

08Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to its processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to francesco.annunziata@fralemt.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).

For full details on data processing, see our Privacy Policy.
