This notice describes how we process the personal data of visitors to the fralemt.com website and of those who contact us through forms, by phone, email or WhatsApp, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code).

02What data we collect
Data you provide
When you fill in a form on the site (contact, quote, service request or configurator), we collect only the data requested in the fields:
- First and last name
- Phone
- City or region
- Services or equipment of interest
- Request details (model, urgency, configuration)
- Message or notes
We process data you share with us by email, WhatsApp or phone in the same way.
Important: please do not include health data or other special categories of data, or patient data, in your messages. They are not needed to respond to your request.
Browsing data
The systems that run the site automatically record certain technical data (for example IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time), used solely to ensure the site’s operation and security.
Cookies
Only with your consent, Google Ads cookies collect data about your browsing and interactions with the site (for example pages visited and ad clicks). Full details are in the Cookie Policy.

We do not use your data to send you newsletters or promotional communications without your specific consent. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
04Is providing data mandatory?
Fields marked as required in the forms are needed so that we can respond to you: without them we cannot handle your request. All other fields are optional. Consent to marketing cookies is always optional, and refusing it does not limit your use of the website.
05Who we share data with
Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by:
- Authorized personnel of Frale Srl, who are bound by confidentiality.
- Technical service providers acting as data processors: website hosting (Hostinger), email services and any consultants, for example for accounting.
- Google Ireland Limited, provider of Google Ads, only for data collected through cookies with your consent. Google Privacy Policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, in accordance with the platform’s privacy notice.
- Public authorities, when required by law.
06Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers, such as Google, may process data in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognized by the European Commission. Any other transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place only with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
07How long we keep data
- Requests and quotes: for the time needed to handle the request and any subsequent negotiation.
- Contracts and invoices: for the period required by law, for example 10 years for accounting records (art. 2220 Italian Civil Code).
- Browsing data: for the time strictly necessary for website security.
- Marketing cookies: for the durations stated in the Cookie Policy, and in any case until consent is withdrawn.
